Regulamin: Purchase proposal
- The "Purchase Suggestion" e-service allows users to submit requests for the acquisition of books, audiobooks, periodicals, and other library materials.
- Before submitting a request, users should check whether the item is already part of the Library’s collection.
- Submitting a request does not obligate the Library to purchase the suggested material. Decisions regarding acquisitions depend on the Library’s collection development policy, the availability of the publication, and the Library’s financial resources. The final decision on any purchase rests with the Head of the Department for the Acquisition and Development of Monographic and Special Collections.
- Users are required to provide accurate information in the submission form.
- Submitting the form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
