Regulamin: Consideration of complaints or requests
Complaints and requests may be submitted:
- in writing or via telegram – addressed to the Pedagogical Provincial Library named after the National Education Commission in Warsaw (Pedagogiczna Biblioteka Wojewódzka im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Warszawie), ul. Gocławska 4, 03-810 Warsaw; or in person, Monday through Wednesday and on Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and on Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (2nd floor, room 306);
- via email – to: sekretariat@pbw.waw.pl;
- orally for the record – the Director (or their designated representative) is available on Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Library’s premises, ul. Gocławska 4, Warsaw (2nd floor, room 302).
