Regulamin: Renting exhibitions
- The exhibitions are owned by the Pedagogical Provincial Library (Pedagogiczna Biblioteka Wojewódzka) named after the National Education Commission, located at ul. Gocławska 4, 03-810 Warsaw.
- The exhibitions consist of display boards, packed for transport in large art portfolios.
- Exhibitions may only be borrowed by kindergartens and schools.
- Exhibitions are provided free of charge.
- The borrower is responsible for collecting the exhibition.
- The borrower confirms receipt of the exhibition by signing a handover protocol.
- The borrower is responsible for providing the display system and the mounting/framing for the boards.
- In the event of the loss, partial damage, or total destruction of a borrowed exhibition, the borrower must immediately notify the Library.
- The borrower shall display the exhibition on their own premises.
