Regulamin: Scan orders
- The "Scan orders" e-service provides free-of-charge scanning of journal articles held in the collection of the KEN Provincial Pedagogical Library in Warsaw.
- Scanned articles are made available via the INTEGRO catalog exclusively to users who hold a valid library card and have logged into the INTEGRO system.
- Requests will be fulfilled within 5 business days.
- When submitting a request, the user must provide their full name, email address, and library card number.
- To request a journal article, the following details must be provided: author, article title, journal title, year, issue number, and page range.
- The following materials are excluded from the scanning service:
- items published before 1950,
- special collections (including theses and dissertations),
- materials in poor physical condition,
- publications that explicitly prohibit the copying of all or part of their content.
- The KEN Provincial Pedagogical Library in Warsaw does not grant permission for the publication of these materials and assumes no responsibility for the subsequent use of items reproduced from its collections that are protected under the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994.
- Scanned materials may be used for educational and research purposes.
- The KEN Provincial Pedagogical Library in Warsaw bears no liability for any copyright infringements committed by the person placing the request.
